Product Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead discovery efforts by conducting customer interviews, engaging in stakeholder discussions, and performing in-person workflow analysis in real clinical settings.

• Rapidly prototype utilizing AI-assisted tools and straightforward methodologies that emphasize results.

• Collaborate with data to establish success metrics, create dashboards, and evaluate usage as well as product performance.

• Oversee projects from inception to completion—covering problem identification, solution design, launch, and insights post-launch.

• Prepare and implement product communications, which include emails, release notes, and enablement resources.

• Closely manage the product development process in collaboration with Engineering, Medical, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.

• Serve as a reliable product owner for PMcardio within Organizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a Product Management capacity within the healthcare sector.

• Comprehensive product skill set encompassing discovery, UX design, data analysis, and execution.

• Established track record of taking initiative, with experience in shipping, learning, and rapidly iterating.

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments while providing necessary structure.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong intuition for effective UX, with a practical focus on functionality over aesthetics.

• Regular user of AI tools for research, ideation, prototyping, analysis, and writing tasks.

• Demonstrates sound judgment, ownership, and the capacity to think and act like a founder.
