Product Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

• Take ownership of the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area, pinpointing opportunities that enhance customer value and promote long-term business growth.

• Oversee the complete development cycle of AI-driven products, collaborating closely with Engineering, AI, and Design teams to convert intricate technology into outstanding user experiences.

• Leverage customer insights, product metrics, and experimentation to prioritize the most impactful opportunities, make data-informed decisions, and achieve measurable results.

• Align cross-functional teams around a unified vision, manage technical and business trade-offs, and propel execution with agility and clarity.

• Continuously enhance product quality, execution, and decision-making processes while nurturing a culture of ownership, simplicity, and high standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience in developing software products within a prominent technology firm, an AI company, or a rapidly growing fintech.

• A demonstrated history of establishing product strategy and delivering offerings that yield significant customer and business impact.

• Strong technical acumen with the capacity to work closely with Engineering and navigate technical trade-offs effectively.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, utilizing data and experimentation to guide product decisions.

• Outstanding leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence across various functions and elevate the standard of product excellence.
