Product Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Event Structure and Governance: Create, outline, and uphold the product event framework (tracking plan), ensuring the consistency, reliability, and governance of behavioral data.

• User Lifecycle Analysis: Perform exploratory and diagnostic analyses centered on conversion funnels, engagement, new feature usage behavior, activation, and retention (cohorts).

• Dashboard Creation: Develop and sustain automated dashboards and performance reports to offer clear and dependable insights into product metrics.

• Data Integration: Merge event and navigation data with business information such as plans, segments, account age, churn, and revenue (SaaS metrics).

• Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with Product teams (PMs), Design (UX/UI), Engineering, and leadership to prioritize challenges and identify opportunities for enhancing the customer journey.

• Data Culture: Facilitate the transition from a fragmented or reactive analytics culture to a model that emphasizes diagnostic and predictive analyses and experimentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a discipline with a strong analytical/mathematical focus (such as Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics) or a degree in another field with demonstrated experience in developing quantitative and analytical skills.

• Advanced SQL: Complete proficiency in extracting, manipulating large datasets, and conducting complex modeling.

• Product Analytics Tools: Strong hands-on experience with event and product behavior tracking tools (such as PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics 4).

• Behavioral Profile: Analytical, organized, detail-oriented, curious, and entirely data-driven.

• Executive Communication: Capability to synthesize technical information and complex behavioral data for non-technical audiences, aiding strategic decisions made by Product teams and executive leadership.

• Problem Solving: Aptitude to break down complex business challenges into measurable variables and resolve issues rapidly.
