This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Development and Implementation: Create and maintain robust AI solutions, Machine Learning, and Generative AI, focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Data Management: Conduct analysis, processing, cleansing, and preparation of large volumes of structured and unstructured data for model training.

• Pipeline Engineering: Develop, optimize, and sustain data pipelines and inference workflows to ensure the performance of solutions in production.

• System Integration: Provide technical support for the integration of AI modules with corporate systems and hardware platforms at the Institute.

• Quality and Monitoring: Perform rigorous testing, accuracy validations, and continuous performance monitoring through MLOps practices.

• Research and Innovation: Explore and implement new technologies, algorithms, and frameworks for the continuous improvement of products and internal processes.

• Governance and Ethics: Ensure all developed models comply with ethical requirements and the guidelines of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

• Documentation and Collaboration: Create detailed technical documentation and actively collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and research teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.

• Experience: Established experience in professional software development, with a proven focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning projects.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL, along with expertise in frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.

• Infrastructure: Practical knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Big Data tools (Spark, Hadoop).

• Methodologies: Familiarity with modern DevOps and MLOps practices for the model lifecycle.

• Privacy and Ethics: In-depth understanding of privacy and ethics regulations applicable to AI, including LGPD and, preferably, sector-specific standards (such as ANVISA for health applications).

• Profile: Strong organizational skills, proactivity, excellent interpersonal communication, and the ability to manage deliverables within established deadlines.

• Mobility: Willingness to travel nationally as required by project demands and institutional events.
