Embedded Intelligence Analyst – 9 Month FTC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Utilize all-source intelligence (including alert feeds, traditional and social media, and proprietary sources) to track security incidents and trends in the client’s operational areas and locations, assessing the potential impact on personnel, assets, operations, events, and reputation.

• Assist the client’s trust and safety function in monitoring and addressing issues that affect established procedures.

• Keep track of employee movements and their proximity to significant incidents and events, providing guidance through necessary reporting methods.

• Engage in training and drills to practice incident preparation and response standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Aid internal stakeholders with on-demand reporting on geopolitical developments, scenario planning, forecasts, and other related subjects.

• Investigate and analyze a diverse array of information to produce insightful analyses within strict deadlines, including presenting and integrating relevant data and visualizations.

• Address urgent official requests for action on behalf of the client, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.

• Conduct comprehensive investigations into individuals and events to identify risk indicators, establish timelines, and support operational decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in International Security, Intelligence, Risk, Geopolitics, or other related fields; or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an intelligence or customer-oriented role in geopolitical risk, corporate security, government, law enforcement, or similar due diligence investigations.

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

• Proficiency in additional languages is preferred.
