• Evaluate marketing and funnel effectiveness, including source quality, conversion rates, activation, retention, and downstream customer value.

• Progress into more intricate product analytics, data modeling, platform work, and AI-driven analytics over time.
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Product Analytics, Analytics Engineering, or a related area.
• Proficient SQL skills with a background in designing analytical data models.
• Strong instincts in product analytics, including funnel analysis, segmentation, cohort analysis, customer journey analysis, survey analysis, and behavioral analysis.
• Ability to link user-level behavior to business outcomes such as conversion, engagement, retention, revenue, repayment, operational efficiency, risk, customer lifetime value, or long-term product performance.
• Experience with Snowflake, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or other modern analytics platforms.
• Solid grasp of dimensional modeling, KPI design, and reporting best practices.
• Strong judgment. You can differentiate between signal and noise, challenge misleading metrics, and provide actionable business recommendations.
• Keen understanding of data reliability. You know when a metric is ready for use and when it is not.
