This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +13 more states.
• Oversee customer implementations of iQueue for Operating Rooms from the initial kickoff and discovery phases through data acquisition, solution design, product configuration, validation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional members of the Customer Success team to guarantee that the product and workflows are designed and configured accurately and optimally.
• Facilitate discovery and design sessions with clinical and operational stakeholders to comprehend workflows and align the solution with operational goals.
• Work alongside perioperative leadership to convert clinical requirements into optimized workflows, guiding decisions and stakeholder alignment throughout the implementation process.
• Engage and persuade executive stakeholders to align on operational objectives, promote adoption, and ensure accountability for achieving measurable results.
• Articulate technical requirements and ensure that customer IT and operational teams have a clear understanding of data, integration, and setup needs.
• Configure the product to align with customer workflows, covering block build, scheduling configurations, access management, and optimization of OR utilization.
• Design and carry out validation and user acceptance testing to confirm system functionality, data accuracy, and workflow alignment prior to going live.
• Navigate intricate data sets to troubleshoot issues, validate inputs, and support implementation decisions.
• Lead change management initiatives to encourage adoption and establish the product as the definitive source of truth for OR analytics and other workflows (scheduling, staffing, etc.).
• Track implementation progress, proactively identify risks, and ensure preparedness for a successful go-live.
• Travel up to 20–50% to customer locations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in a client- or customer-facing role within the healthcare sector (e.g., consulting, implementation, hospital operations).
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving capabilities; experience working with complex datasets.
• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and data (EHR experience preferred).
• Experience collaborating with executive-level stakeholders and driving alignment in complex settings.
• Experience working within cross-functional teams (product, engineering, clinical).
• A passionate commitment to customer success—you take ownership and act swiftly to resolve issues.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Robust project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate cross-functional teams with meticulous attention to detail and organization.
