This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Execute the implementation of Maestro* at client locations, which includes:
• Preparing and delivering training sessions on utilizing Maestro* for clients
• Analyzing and documenting the current processes of clients while recommending optimizations for their business operations
• Configuring Maestro* software to align with the client's specific processes and requirements
• Creating training materials and documentation
• Providing support to clients during the software go-live phase
• Actively engaging in the complete implementation project lifecycle (project kickoff, monitoring/control, and project closure)
• Advising both client and Maestro project management teams on optimal deployment strategies in the client environment
• Proposing modifications to the project schedule and deployment plan to enhance project value
• Offering recommendations and assisting clients with integrated testing necessary during deployment
• Conducting training sessions for internal clients (colleagues)
• Collaborating with and contributing to the software support team
• Partnering with management on various special projects
• A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience
• Extensive background in financial management/accounting
• Hands-on experience in delivering training across various formats, including virtual, classroom, group, and one-on-one
• Proven ability to engage with external clients to understand and gather their requirements
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail along with excellent organizational and follow-up capabilities
• Proficient communication skills in both French and English (as we serve anglophone clients) and a strong customer service focus
• Willingness to travel to client sites
• Flexibility in working hours
• Understanding of the construction industry (considered an asset)
• Familiarity with and experience in implementing ERP-type products, including Maestro* (considered an asset)
