Implementation Specialist II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the effective execution of Deluxe-recommended solutions and configurations on assigned projects while adhering to the established client billability levels and billing rates for this role.

• Generate implementation status reports for project managers, clients, and, when necessary, internal management.

• Manage up to five small projects (each under 100 hours) concurrently, in addition to upgrades that may reach up to 1000 hours.

• Provide assistance on larger, more intricate projects that necessitate multiple resources.

• Collaborate with the project team to prepare customer or internal systems by customizing the base software application and inputting customer-specific data per the CRD and other project documentation.

• Conduct system testing prior to delivery and during implementation at the client site or internally to guarantee a quality product.

• Record defects and outline the resolution strategy.

• Work in partnership with other team members to address issues.

• Document, communicate the status, and assist in escalating issues internally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or Engineering with 2 years of experience, or a High School diploma/GED with 6 years of experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Windows-based operating systems/networks.

• Experience in implementing or supporting software solutions.

• Preferred 2 years of experience in banking and/or payment processing.

• Experience in Treasury Management ECM Workflow OnBase Implementation/Workflow.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
