Product Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +17 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete program timeline from start to finish, collaborating with EPD and the Sprint Planner to ensure timely delivery.

• Collect and document partner requirements into concise deliverables for EPD to implement, transitioning to solutioning when technical decisions need to be made.

• Act as the main point of contact for partners on a daily basis during implementation projects that continue throughout the partnership's lifecycle.

• Monitor and communicate the health of projects proactively — identifying delays, obstacles, and scope risks early, and driving their resolution.

• Create clear, well-articulated deliverables such as meeting agendas, minutes, and business reviews for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Ensure a close feedback loop with the assigned CSM and maintain accurate records in Sure's CRM (Attio).

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in implementation, project management, or program delivery — preferably within fintech, insurtech, or a SaaS platform context.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable leading partner-facing calls and providing written summaries at an executive level.

• Proven experience in managing multiple projects in dynamic, cross-functional settings.

• Capable of influencing across Engineering, Product, and Sales teams without direct authority.

• Knowledge of Notion, Linear, or Attio is advantageous.
