Product Engineer, Solidworks

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and enhance product solutions across various product lines.

• Collaborate with internal teams to convert customer requirements into practical product designs.

• Support the entire product lifecycle, from concept and prototyping to production and ongoing improvement.

• Work closely with both technical and commercial teams to ensure products are high-performing and ready for the market.

• Conduct testing, validation, and quality assurance to guarantee product reliability.

• Provide technical insights for product documentation, resources, and educational materials.

• Help identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and product enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, or a related field).

• Experience in product development, design, or technical engineering positions.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a structured, systems-thinking mindset.

• Capability to balance technical details with practical, user-centered outcomes.

• Comfortable working in a hands-on, collaborative environment.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.

• Proficiency in SolidWorks is essential.

• Nice to Have

• Experience in product creation, water systems, plumbing, or environmental solutions.

• Exposure to manufacturing processes or product commercialization.
