Product Engineer – SME, Source-to-Pay, Ivalua

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Ivalua within the Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform.

• Offer expertise on Ivalua best practices, architecture, and solution design.

• Evaluate and confirm solution designs to guarantee scalability, compliance, and maintainability.

• Assist business stakeholders in converting requirements into Ivalua solutions.

• Configure Ivalua modules, which include: Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contract Management, Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Invoicing.

• Set up workflows, forms, business rules, data models, and integrations.

• Diagnose and resolve intricate functional and technical issues.

• Support release planning, deployment readiness, and activities related to go-live.

• Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure teams, and external vendors.

• Engage in design reviews, defect management, and release evaluations.

• Ensure effective deployment and stabilization after production.

• Guide and enhance the skills of team members regarding Ivalua solutions and best practices.

• Facilitate onboarding via solution walkthroughs and training sessions.

• Maintain both technical and functional documentation.

• Promote continuous improvement in development, configuration, and release processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Ivalua Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementations.

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in ERP, procurement, supply chain, or enterprise systems implementations.

• Ivalua Level 3 Certification (SRM, S2C, P2P, Integration).

• Ivalua Project Release Manager Certification/Badge.

• Significant experience in: Ivalua Functional Configuration.

• Ivalua Technical Configuration.

• APIs, EAI, and ETL Integrations.

• Advanced SQL proficiency.

• Release Management expertise.

• Familiarity with SDLC Methodologies.
