This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take charge of product strategy, specifications, and quality assurance in an active PM capacity.
• Lead a small, remote team, merging technical expertise with genuine customer impact.
• Manage the product roadmap. Determine what is built and the rationale behind it. Prioritize effectively, eliminate low-impact work, and safeguard your engineers’ concentration.
• Create specifications that serve as hypotheses rather than directives. Identify the problem before suggesting solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders. Distill insights from the CEO, go-to-market, and customer success into decisions with clear trade-offs.
• Read and navigate the codebase, which includes a Python/Django backend and React/Next.js/TypeScript frontend.
• Oversee quality assurance from start to finish. Develop test plans, perform regression testing, and authorize deployments.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies including stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives — focusing on lean outcomes.
• A minimum of 3 years of product management experience delivering B2B SaaS products, preferably in a startup or rapidly growing setting.
• A hands-on technical background — you have previously written production code, completed a coding bootcamp, or can effectively read and navigate a full-stack codebase.
• Proficient in reading Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; capable of writing SQL queries, understanding REST API contracts, and reasoning about frontend state.
• Demonstrated success in managing QA processes: crafting test cases, conducting regression cycles, documenting structured bug reports, and overseeing release approvals.
• Excellent written communication skills — your specifications, briefs, and status updates are clear, comprehensive, and require minimal back-and-forth.
• Possess a product-oriented mindset: you question inadequate requirements, suggest alternatives, and treat every specification as a hypothesis to verify.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code or similar AI-native development tools — applied in actual workflows, not merely experimental.
• Comfortable dealing with uncertainty and making autonomous decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum frameworks using Git-based workflows (GitLab or GitHub).
• Flexible work arrangements.
• Opportunities for professional development.
• Options for remote work.
