Product Engineer – Mobile

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Deliver Features End-to-End: Implement user-facing features in our core domains while concentrating on measurable outcomes.

• Cross-stack Development: Engage directly with our mobile stack (Flutter, Dart) and expand into backend and web systems as necessary.

• Build with Care: Create software adhering to modern practices such as API-first design, code reviews, automated testing, and utilizing MR environments for exploratory testing prior to merging.

• Validate What You Build: Equip your features with instrumentation, analyze actual user behavior, and leverage insights to refine, enhance, or discard ineffective elements.

• AI-Enabled Growth: Evolve toward an AI-assisted workflow, shifting the focus from "writing code to specification" to comprehensive, end-to-end solution ownership.

• Own Your Features: Take full ownership of the features you deliver — from making technical decisions and ensuring cross-team alignment in our guilds to managing rollout and iterative improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Mobile Proficiency: Practical experience with Flutter and Dart, including the widget/layout system and state management; a strong focus on performance, accessibility, and platform conventions.

• Cross-stack Mindset: While mobile is your primary expertise, you are open to delving into backend or web development as required by features.

• Comfortable with AI Coding Tools: You incorporate AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, etc.) into your workflow or are enthusiastic about adopting them.

• Ownership: You prioritize user impact over merely completing tickets. You contemplate "what would genuinely benefit the user or enhance my understanding?" and pursue it: whether through a prototype, instrumentation on existing features, or discussions with a PM or Customer Success — you see features through to rollout and assess their impact.

• Agile Experience: Experience in working on SaaS products within agile environments.
