Product Engineer Lead – Growth Area

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance alan.com - the high-traffic platform where millions discover Alan and convert into members across all our regions.

• Optimize all our acquisition channels (paid, SEO, LLM, etc.) to drive both organic and paid traffic on a large scale.

• Create seamless conversion experiences that enable prospects to become members instantly - from initial discovery and quoting to final registration.

• Assist in broader business initiatives, including partnership integrations, accountant tools, referral systems, and brand campaigns that bolster Alan's market presence.

• Engage in active collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Research, and Product teams (Engineering, Data, Project Management, Design).

• Over 6 years of relevant experience.

• Proven experience in a leadership role.

• Passionate about crafting delightful products with outstanding user experiences.

• Strong background in building and delivering web applications.

• A genuine interest in the business aspects - understanding conversion funnels and marketing metrics.

• Demonstrated career progression - with increasing responsibility, scope, and impact over time.

• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial.

• Humble and eager to grow, regardless of your level of experience!

• Collaborative and enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and sharing knowledge.

• Proficient in English.
