This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

• You will be engaged in SIP/VoIP signaling.

• Managing RTP media flows.

• Working with distributed backend systems.

• Implementing event-driven architectures.

• Developing low-level, performance-sensitive network components.

• Enhancing engineering workflows with AI augmentation.

• You will make contributions across the entire stack, from protocol management to API-driven orchestration.

• Your responsibilities will include:

• Architecture: ensuring clean interfaces between protocol, media, and API layers.

• Reliability & operability: overseeing instrumentation, debugging, incident management, and hardening processes.

• Performance: focusing on latency, throughput, resource usage, and media-path efficiency.

• 10+ years of professional experience (6–10 years for exceptional systems candidates).

• Strong systems reasoning abilities.

• Experience with distributed or real-time systems.

• Comfort in working close to infrastructure layers.

• High level of autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Product-oriented mindset.

• Telecom experience is an advantage.

• A degree in engineering is required.
