Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Transform vague and partially defined customer challenges into fully developed products that creators can effectively utilize.

• Take complete ownership of the solution process: from design choices to coding, addressing edge cases, and analyzing metrics that demonstrate success.

• Engage directly with creators instead of relying on a PM to interpret their requirements.

• Collaborate across our entire tech stack.

• Evaluate success based on outcomes that positively impact the business, rather than just the number of tickets closed.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development.

• Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails, React, and Flutter.

• Proven experience in assessing success through measurable outcomes.

• Exceptional judgment in prioritizing problems effectively.

• Solid grasp of software engineering principles.
