Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of end-to-end increments from defining scope to building, demonstrating, and handing off solutions.

• Collaborate across the technology stack - including backend, APIs, LLM integrations, and data layers - addressing whatever challenges arise.

• Leverage coding agents and agentic engineering workflows to accelerate development.

• Develop verification methods for AI-generated outputs, including evaluations, grounding checks, and review surfaces that identify code that is syntactically correct but semantically flawed.

• Collaborate with Pre-sales, GTM, and product discovery teams to gain insights into client challenges and constraints.

• Make informed scope tradeoffs to strike a balance between speed and learning opportunities.

• Ensure that deliverables are not only functional but also coherent and user-friendly.

• Conduct demos, solicit feedback, and iterate rapidly with clients.

• Identify patterns across projects and transform them into reusable strategies.

• Maintain documentation of your work to facilitate handoffs, extensions, or reuse.

• Contribute to enhancing team operations, including workflows, tools, and methods of delivery.

• Comfort with ambiguity, rapid pace, and shifting contexts.

• Sensitivity to product and user experience (UX).

• Experience in developing internal tools or enhancing developer workflows (e.g., automation, MCPs, plugins, reusable components) is preferred.
