Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of features from concept to production, covering both frontend and backend aspects.

• Deliver quickly while maintaining high standards of quality.

• Convert product ideas into tangible experiences, even if it requires acquiring new tools or technologies.

• Develop reusable components, abstractions, and workflows that enhance team efficiency over time rather than creating isolated solutions.

• Utilize tools such as Claude, Codex, Cursor, and others to speed up development, expedite debugging, and discover improved solutions.

• Release products rapidly, collect feedback, and consistently refine your creations.

• Assist in designing systems that can scale alongside the product and the team.

• Make practical decisions rather than opting for over-engineered solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building and delivering products, whether as an engineer, product manager, or technical designer.

• Strong product-oriented mindset, demonstrating a deep commitment to user experience and outcomes.

• Capability to transition from idea to execution (you have created products, not merely defined them).

• Comfortable with hands-on technical work (or actively pursuing this skill).

• Experience in dynamic environments with a strong sense of ownership.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions in the absence of complete information.

• Technical requirement: While you don't need to be a senior engineer, you should be able to build, learn quickly, and become proficient in a modern tech stack.

• Bonus (not mandatory): A solid engineering background (React, Node, etc.).
