Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Define, design, and evolve product solutions that align with business objectives.

• Translate functional needs into feasible technical proposals.

• Rapidly iterate solutions using AI tools and experimental approaches.

• Coordinate and align the efforts of three multidisciplinary teams, ensuring focus, pace, and quality in delivery.

• Prioritize initiatives and manage dependencies between teams.

• Serve as a link between business, technology, and product.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, efficiency, and results orientation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 years of experience in technical roles with direct exposure to product.

• Proven experience in defining and evolving digital products, not just technical execution.

• Experience leading or coordinating multidisciplinary teams (tech, product, business).

• Ability to design end-to-end solutions: from business requirements to technical design and delivery.

• Practical knowledge of scalable architectures (microservices, APIs, cloud-native, etc.).

• Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).

• Ability to translate business needs into viable technical solutions.

• Experience in prioritizing initiatives, managing team dependencies, and making decisions based on impact and value.

• Practical familiarity with AI tools applied to development and product.
