This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

• Take on a pivotal role in the development and expansion of the app as the fifth engineer.

• Operate with a high degree of autonomy and agility, participating in the complete product development lifecycle.

• Provide substantial contributions to the standards and tools utilized by a high-performing engineering team.

• Collaborate across functions with product designers, creative designers, character animators, and company founders.

• Serve as a strategic partner in creating a product, company, and culture that we take pride in.

• Over 5 years of experience in developing consumer products for mobile or full-stack environments.

• Possess a product-focused mindset with a commitment to crafting experiences that users love.

• Ability to swiftly mitigate risks associated with new ideas, from quick iterative modifications to entirely new product experiences.

• Proven experience in designing clean and maintainable APIs.

• Conduct numerous A/B experiments and make decisions informed by data while balancing qualitative insights.

• Knowledgeable about best practices in engineering for both mobile applications and web platforms.

• Enjoy breaking down complex and ambiguous problems into straightforward and elegant solutions.

• Available to work at least 6 hours during coordination hours (8am PST - 6pm PST).

• Preferred qualifications: Experience in developing Flutter mobile applications and working on products in the wellness or gaming industries.
