This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• - Complete Domain Responsibility: Assume accountability for a designated segment of the platform or product. You will influence the technical trajectory, compose and assess production code, uphold CI/CD pipelines, prepare releases, and ensure stability in production within your area.
• - Agile Prototyping: Translate concepts, experiments, or vague requirements into functional solutions. Leverage AI tools to expedite routine tasks, such as drafting technical specifications, creating tests, refactoring, or planning implementations.
• - Intelligent Scaling: Detect technical constraints in your domain and spearhead the necessary modifications to resolve them. This could encompass architectural enhancements, infrastructure adjustments, cloud-related tasks, or improved observability.
• - Daily Coordination: Utilize tools like Claude Code, or similar assistants as part of your development workflow. This may involve debugging, crafting tests, refactoring legacy code, enhancing documentation, or navigating unfamiliar sections of the codebase.
• - Validation & Integrity: You serve as the "Interception Layer." You verify AI outputs to ensure your domain does not devolve into "Dark Architecture" or "AI Slop."
• - Align Product Requirements with Engineering Execution: Collaborate with stakeholders to grasp business needs and translate them into precise technical plans. Assist in prioritizing tasks based on impact, risk, and technical complexity, while challenging work that lacks adequate value.
• - Maintain Clear Ownership and Focused Execution: Remain closely involved with how your work performs in production. Aid in incident management, enhance monitoring and observability, and minimize unnecessary procedural overhead wherever possible.
• - Over 8 years of hands-on software engineering experience: Robust engineering principles and the capability to apply them across various languages, frameworks, and environments.
• - Advanced AI Usage: Consistent utilization of LLM-based tools for development, debugging, testing, refactoring, or code review—not merely sporadic experimentation.
• - Linux and CI/CD Proficiency: Strong Linux fundamentals coupled with experience in building, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines or runners.
• - Product-Oriented Mindset: Capability to convert ambiguous requirements into a definitive technical plan, make trade-offs, and prioritize based on impact.
• - Ownership: Proven experience delivering projects in high-accountability settings, where you held direct responsibility for the outcomes.
• - Effective Communication: Proficient English, clear status updates, and the ability to articulate technical trade-offs to diverse stakeholders.
• **What’s in it for you?**
• - Emphasis on professional development.
• - Engaging and challenging projects.
• - Fully remote work with flexible hours, enabling you to organize your day and work from any location globally.
• - Paid 24 days of vacation annually, 10 national holidays, and unlimited sick leave.
• - Coverage for private medical insurance.
• - Reimbursement for co-working and gym/sports expenses.
• - Budget for education.
• - Opportunity to earn a reward for the most innovative idea that the company can patent.
