Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Engaging directly with clients from the initial discovery phase to delivery. No intermediaries, no PM buffer.

• Building end-to-end solutions across the entire stack - with a focus on backend, but not saying "that's not my job" when front-end fixes are needed.

• Daily utilization of AI tools for coding, QA, architectural decision-making, and everything else that enhances your speed and sharpness.

• Developing AI-supported features and integrations: agents, LLM-based workflows, RAG systems - this is the direction the work is heading.

• Assisting clients in understanding what is possible with AI, rather than just delivering what they requested.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong backend experience in Java, .NET, PHP, or JS/TS - we value engineering thinking over specific languages.

• Daily use of AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar) - not "I tried this," but "I'm building with this."

• Practical experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) - you have integrated at least one into a real project.

• Comfortable engaging in discussions with clients and stakeholders - you can hold a technical conversation without needing someone to translate.

• Full-stack skills - you're strong in backend but can handle frontend tasks when necessary.

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Polish.
