This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• Oversee the design and development of cutting-edge web and mobile applications.

• Primarily concentrate on backend development (70%) utilizing Python, while also engaging in frontend tasks (30%) with React and React Native.

• Design scalable and reusable backend architectures using frameworks such as Django or FastAPI.

• Create robust APIs and maintain high standards of performance, reliability, and security.

• Collaborate across teams with product managers, designers, and stakeholders from initial concept to deployment.

• Enhance application performance and address challenges related to data processing and system integrations.

• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers to advocate for best practices.

• Implement AI tools to streamline development processes and improve product features.

• Minimum of 5 years in software development, with a strong focus on backend expertise in Python and a solid understanding of frontend technologies.

• Proficient in Python, Django/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, and cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS).

• Familiar with React, React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, along with knowledge of mobile CI/CD and performance best practices.

• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance developer productivity and automation.

• Possess a strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality outcomes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the capability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
