This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +28 more states.
• Develop, test, and launch applications powered by large language models and machine learning technologies
• Analyze system logs for API errors, latency problems, and the quality of deployed model outputs
• Enhance and evaluate system prompts to boost response precision and minimize inaccuracies
• Integrate LLMs such as GPT-4 or Claude with internal databases using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks
• Create Python pipelines to process data, embed documents, and handle vector databases like Pinecone or Milvus
• Fine-tune model parameters or train smaller open-source models on company-specific domain data
• Work alongside product managers and software engineers to ensure AI features meet user requirements
• Assess applications for safety, bias, and potential edge-case failures utilizing automated testing tools
• Monitor token usage and API expenditures to enhance cloud infrastructure efficiency
• Implement code updates to production environments using CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in designing and deploying AI-enabled applications and autonomous systems in a production setting
• Expertise in constructing multi-agent architectures, incorporating planner, executor, reviewer, critic, and supervisor roles
• Proficiency in developing tool-calling, function-calling, and memory-augmented agents
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, and similar frameworks for orchestration and workflow design
• Knowledge of DSPy, prompt engineering, and optimization methods
• Experience in building production-ready AI services using Python
• Integration skills with Anthropic, OpenAI, and other open-source models
• Ability to design RAG solutions utilizing vector databases
• Experience in integrating AI systems with enterprise platforms via APIs, workflows, events, and data services
• Implementation of observability, evaluation, and optimization strategies for AI systems, including tracing, decision logging, and performance monitoring
• Familiarity with governance, security, privacy, and compliance frameworks, preferably in regulated sectors
• Proven ability to lead complex technical projects while collaborating with engineering, product, business, risk, and compliance teams
• Overall 10+ years of technology experience, including the delivery of scalable, resilient digital products
