This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver exceptional instructor-led courses and webinars for Addepar clients, prospects, partners, and employees, both virtually and in person.
• Develop and collaborate on new training materials to prepare various types of Addepar users and staff for success.
• Enhance the delivery of customer education programs to promote product adoption and usage throughout the Addepar user community.
• Partner with the Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services teams to boost attendance at our courses and engagement with our content.
• Swiftly integrate product updates and client feedback into our course materials and overall learning experience.
• Oversee the logistics necessary to provide an outstanding training experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience using the Addepar platform, OR 2+ years in a software education services role, support, professional services, sales, marketing, or relationship management in a financial services or SAAS technology company.
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Strong, demonstrated understanding of the Wealth Management industry.
• Ability to customize messaging about a product’s value proposition for diverse audiences.
• Proficient in working across multiple organizations and cultivating cross-functional relationships.
• Excellent logistical planning and organizational capabilities.
• Experience in managing projects from inception to completion.
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and expanding your expertise.
• Willingness to travel as required.
