Product Director – User, Org & Security

📋 Description

• Define and articulate the long-term vision and strategy for User, Org, and Security products.

• Develop and oversee a multi-year roadmap that aligns with company objectives.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Security, Legal, IT, and Sales teams.

• Balance the requirements of enterprise-grade solutions with product usability.

• Enhance adoption of essential platform controls across various customer segments, acting as the customer advocate.

• Lead, mentor, and expand a team of product managers.

• Utilize customer insights, platform usage data, and security-related risk and threat information to guide prioritization.

• Ensure that platform capabilities comply with enterprise and industry standards in collaboration with Security and Compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in Product Management.

• 3–5+ years of experience leading product managers.

• Proven experience in managing Platform Security products.

• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS architecture.

• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR.

• In-depth knowledge of platform security and identity management, including RBAC/ABAC, SSO (SAML, OIDC), SCIM, and multi-tenant SaaS architectures.

• Demonstrated experience in designing API-first platforms that satisfy complex enterprise customer needs, security, and governance requirements.

• Strategic thinker with a systems-level perspective and a focus on scalable, sustainable solutions.

• Influential cross-functional leader with strong communication skills, capable of engaging both executive and technical audiences.

• Data-driven decision-maker who balances long-term vision with practical execution.
