• Take ownership of and spearhead the commercialization and go-to-market (GTM) strategy for therapy selection products within the oncology portfolio.
• Establish and implement product strategy and a multi-year roadmap that aligns with clinical requirements and market opportunities.
• Keep track of clinical trends, competitive dynamics, and customer insights to enhance positioning and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Create and present data-driven business cases, encompassing market sizing, segmentation, competitive analysis, and financial forecasts.
• Convert voice of customer (VOC) insights into product requirements, features, and improvements.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to propel product development and execution.
• Influence product positioning, messaging, and launch strategy, which includes sales enablement and training materials.
• Collaborate with Market Access and Commercial teams to facilitate adoption and enhance product performance.
• Monitor portfolio performance and continually adjust strategy based on market feedback and data insights.
• Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and clinical partners to ensure alignment with changing standards of care.
• Represent Myriad at industry conferences, customer interactions, and internal leadership forums.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree (MBA, PhD, MD, or similar) is preferred.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in product management and/or product marketing within oncology diagnostics, genomics, or precision medicine.
• Direct experience in biotech or diagnostics with a concentration on oncology.
• Strong knowledge of genomic technologies (e.g., NGS, comprehensive genomic profiling, precision oncology).
• Experience with oncology biomarkers, therapy selection testing, or related clinical applications.
• A proven history of owning and leading product commercialization and go-to-market strategy from start to finish.
• Experience in launching clinical diagnostic products (e.g., LDTs, IVDs, or medical devices).
• Demonstrated success in directing cross-functional teams across R&D, clinical, regulatory, and commercial functions.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to translate complex scientific concepts into straightforward product strategy and messaging.
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while juggling multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
