• Conduct onboarding meetings via Zoom or Teams with newly recruited therapists.
• Assist candidates through each phase of the onboarding journey and pinpoint what remains to be accomplished.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups to guarantee candidates are advancing through their onboarding steps promptly.
• Oversee candidate statuses on a shared board, ensuring no one remains stuck at a particular stage for too long.
• Accurately complete and monitor tasks within the company's systems, including ClickUp.
• Identify candidates who are not engaging or making progress, and adhere to the appropriate protocols.
• Collaborate with the staffing team once candidates reach the placement phase of onboarding.
• Manage approximately 30 onboarding candidates per month per state, with team assistance during peak periods.
• Prior experience in onboarding, recruitment coordination, or a role in HR administration.
• Proficiency in using ClickUp, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the ABA therapy sector or a background in healthcare, disability, or mental health services is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills and a task-focused approach — a passion for checking items off a list is essential.
• Exceptional follow-up and communication abilities — a significant aspect of this role involves keeping candidates engaged and progressing.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment with multiple candidates at different stages concurrently.
