Dual Licensed Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to adult healthcare professionals.

• Conduct high-quality, confidential teletherapy sessions on our HIPAA-compliant video platform (Zoom) for doctors, nurses, and healthcare workers.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), or the Gottman Method.

• Perform biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and progress documentation within our efficient EHR system.

• Employ measurement-based instruments (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7) to track progress and enhance treatment outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Clinician with dual licensure, holding an independent license in Louisiana as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist.

• Additionally, a license in one of the following states: CA, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, VA, WV.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience providing therapy to adult clients.

• Experience in delivering therapy to healthcare professionals, mental health workers, or first responders.

• Availability for at least 10-15 hours each week.

• Proficient in providing therapy via video platforms, utilizing EHRs, digital scheduling tools, and Google Workspace.

• Capability to implement assessment and measurement-based tools (e.g., PHQ-9) to monitor progress and enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Experience using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR, or the Gottman Method.

• Dedication to practicing cultural humility and patient-centered care.
