Physical Therapist – Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver direct patient care through telehealth services

• Maintain ongoing communication with treating PT/PTAs

• Engage in departmental committees and processes

• Exemplify NM values in daily operations and interactions

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Illinois

• BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire

• Strong clinical expertise in orthopedics

• Prior experience with both synchronous and asynchronous digital therapy delivery
