• Oversee and enhance Myriad’s global product portfolio, ensuring alignment with regional market dynamics and growth prospects.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Commercial, and Biopharma teams to develop and implement strategies for international expansion, focusing on Japan and Europe.
• Direct product positioning and messaging—effectively translating complex scientific concepts into distinct, market-ready value propositions.
• Construct and validate business cases for new ventures, encompassing market analysis, segmentation, VOC insights, and product specifications.
• Spearhead commercialization strategy, including launch planning, messaging, and support for marketing and sales teams downstream.
• Continuously evaluate product and portfolio performance—transforming field insights and customer feedback into actionable enhancements.
• Aid in market access and reimbursement efforts by clearly articulating technical and clinical value.
• Represent Myriad at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements.
• Remain informed about market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes across international regions.
• Develop and sustain key customer relationships to guide product evolution and ensure successful adoption.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences (e.g., biochemistry, genetics, molecular biology); an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in product management and commercialization within biotech, diagnostics, or oncology.
• Demonstrated experience in commercializing IVD or genomic products in international markets, particularly in Japan and Europe.
• Profound knowledge of genomic technologies (e.g., NGS, liquid biopsy, precision medicine); MRD experience is highly preferred.
• Proven success in launching clinical diagnostic products and executing global go-to-market strategies.
• Strong history of influencing cross-functional teams and achieving measurable business results.
• Ability to convert complex data into clear strategies and executive-level communication.
• A combination of analytical rigor and creative thinking in product and market strategies.
• Comfortable working in a highly collaborative, matrixed environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
