• Prioritizing and executing across various initiatives, ensuring that strategic goals are realized in practice.
• Developing scalable operating models capable of accommodating significant future growth.
• Leading and nurturing the Product Development team while mentoring individuals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Proven experience in building products, operational systems, or platforms within rapidly growing organizations.
• The ability to think multiple steps ahead and design for future scalability rather than just current needs.
• A blend of strategic insight with outstanding operational execution skills.
• A strong product-oriented mindset with a deep commitment to customer outcomes and quality.
• High proficiency in AI, utilizing modern AI tools daily to enhance decision-making, productivity, and innovation.
• An understanding that operational excellence is meant to accelerate commercial growth, not to impose unnecessary processes.
• Strong communication skills, confidence in decision-making, and the ability to influence across various functions without relying on hierarchy.
