Product Director – Distribution

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of revenue outcomes related to ratings, awards, reviews, and consultancy, evaluated against the budget.

• Collaborate with Commercial teams to analyze sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion rates.

• Review the pricing strategy (price to value), customer satisfaction, renewal rates, and churn, pinpointing areas where propositions fail to deliver adequate perceived value.

• Assess the effectiveness of various proposition types (e.g., ratings, awards, sponsored content, and speaking opportunities) in aiding investment managers to meet their distribution objectives, potentially streamlining disparate offerings from acquired entities into a more cohesive set of solutions.

• Partner with Insight, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify and implement initiatives for improvement where propositions do not meet performance expectations.

• Ensure that propositions remain commercially attractive, credible, and distinct in a competitive landscape.

• Cultivate a thorough understanding of how investment managers promote funds to advisers.

• Stay informed about competitor strategies, emerging distribution models, and regulatory or behavioral trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in senior product or commercial leadership roles, preferably within investment management, asset servicing, financial research, or B2B financial services.

• Profound knowledge of how investment managers market funds to advisers and influence fund selection.
