This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Facilitates the expansion of our in-plan Advisor Managed Account program throughout all retirement Institutional markets in collaboration with business segment leaders.
• Oversees the relationship with Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and directs the strategy, implementation, and continuous management of the Advisor Managed Account program by enhancing relationships with RIAs and promoting plan sponsor and participant adoption and satisfaction through exceptional advice and guidance delivery.
• Develop and nurture relationships with RIAs to assist in growing their in-plan advisory business with Voya.
• Identify business opportunities to utilize Voya's Advisor Managed Account capabilities, including Private Asset investment, to provide value for the RIAs and their clients on Voya's platform.
• Strengthen relationships with RIAs through regular meetings, comprehensive reporting, and fulfilling commitments.
• Offer feedback and drive program improvements that simplify the process of doing business with Voya.
• Gather insights from key stakeholders such as sales, relationship management, product management, marketing, qualified plan business partners, independent broker-dealer representatives, investment advisor representatives, vendors, and internal departments that support the investment advisory platforms.
• Stay informed about the retirement advisory field by keeping up with all product and regulatory changes in the advisory industry.
• Collaborate with compliance, product management, risk management, distribution, and operations management to ensure adherence to policies and procedures, as well as timely resolution of any incident tickets.
• Anticipate future changes that may impact customers' expectations of investment advisory products and services, technological advancements, changing customer demographics, and evolving regulatory requirements.
• 10+ years of experience in financial services, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with Registered Investment Advisors in the Defined Contribution market.
• Possession of Series 7 and 65 licenses (24 preferred).
• Capability to lead and drive results within a matrix environment.
• Strong knowledge of Advisor Managed Accounts, retirement advice vendors, and associated tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and enterprise project management abilities.
• Comfort in taking ownership of projects and tasks from inception to completion.
