Product Director – AI, Agentic

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the agentic roadmap for customers, clients, and colleagues.

• Manage the discovery and delivery processes on a daily basis.

• Find the right balance between immediate performance, foundational platform development, and the future evolution of agentic capabilities.

• Define, develop, and deploy agents that can manage thousands of conversations.

• Lead and expand the product team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in product management or digital product development.

• Proven track record of launching conversational, AI-enabled, or agentic products in a production environment.

• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing AI throughout the product lifecycle.

• Familiarity with tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and others.

• Practical experience with digital analytics and performance measurement platforms.

• A solid understanding of agent integration architecture.
