• Demonstrated capability to execute complex development lifecycles (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) in a dynamic environment.

• Competence in building relationships and driving outcomes with engineering teams that are part of various business units.

• Comfortable discussing product requirements, specifications, development planning & processes, UAV/USV components, GCS software, sensor payloads, and dynamics of maritime/aerial vehicles.

• Proficient in using Jira, Confluence, and portfolio management tools (e.g., Smartsheet or MS Project).

• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required in specific areas or while performing certain tasks, in accordance with safety protocols and company policies.

• May need to climb ladders, stoop, kneel, or crouch during inspections, maintenance walkthroughs, or emergency response scenarios.

• Regular exposure to facility operations, including noise, dust, temperature variations, and industrial machinery.

• Occasional off-hours or weekend work may be necessary for emergency facility responses or projects as required.

• Frequent use of a computer and other standard office equipment is necessary for documentation, communication, and coordination tasks.
