Product Designer, Web Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Design high-performing web experiences by crafting visually appealing, user-centered web pages and experiences that facilitate user onboarding with Natural Cycles.

• Continuously enhance performance through A/B testing and iterative design processes.

• Take charge of web design excellence alongside the team, upholding a high standard for quality and consistency.

• Transform ideas from initial concept to polished execution across all web interfaces.

• Collaborate across departments with product managers, marketing, and engineering to swiftly deliver and test innovative ideas.

• Leverage data, user behavior insights, and research findings to inform and validate design choices.

• Contribute to and advance our design system, components, and visual language.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of web design experience, supported by a portfolio that highlights high-quality marketing sites or conversion-driven flows.

• Strong visual design competencies, encompassing layout, typography, color, motion, and interaction design.

• A comprehensive understanding of user behavior, marketing principles, and conversion factors.

• Proficiency in Figma, with a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.

• Experience with metrics, A/B testing, and experimentation methodologies.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Self-motivated and adaptable within a fast-paced environment.

• Nice-to-Haves: Experience working closely with marketing or growth teams.

• Basic knowledge of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS).

• Experience in contributing to design systems.

• Interest in integrating AI tools into your workflow.

• Experience with user research and usability testing.

• Familiarity with web animation (e.g., Lottie).
