Product Designer – UX/UI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Transform intricate business requirements and user needs into user-friendly wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.

• Organize and execute user research, market analysis, and usability testing to validate design choices and champion the user experience.

• Enhance design system consistency by contributing reusable components and maintaining documentation for smooth developer transitions.

• Collaborate across teams with engineers and product managers to ensure technical viability and alignment with the product strategy.

• Refine designs based on data, feedback, and evolving UX trends to consistently enhance the user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant design experience.

• BA/BS degree in visual design, graphic design, graphic arts, or a related field.

• Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, actively resolve issues, and take ownership of projects and processes.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Capability to comprehend technical concepts and visually articulate them through design.

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe tools.
