Product Designer – UI/UX, Systems Designer

📋 Description

• Serve as the visual and logical architect for the development of two key initiatives: the New Agent App and the overhaul of the Self-Service Platform;

• Create high-density interfaces aimed at multichannel management, ensuring operational efficiency and enhanced usability;

• Convert intricate technical requirements into user-friendly, productive, and outcome-driven visual experiences;

• Build front-end solutions prioritizing high performance, responsiveness, and real-time connection states;

• Enhance flows and interfaces to optimize payment conversion on the self-service platform;

• Work collaboratively with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure coherence between user experience, technical viability, and strategic goals.

• Portfolio that emphasizes complex systems, CRMs, or high-density dashboards.

• Advanced expertise in Figma (including Design Systems, variables, and logical state prototyping);

• Technical proficiency in HTML/CSS to guarantee compatibility with Angular/React developers;

• Capability to map user journeys with an emphasis on CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and minimizing friction in financial processes;

• Analytical approach to designing visual feedback for latency and synchronization (SignalR).
