This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop high-fidelity interfaces with a focus on visual design, typography, color, spacing, accessibility, and component variations.
• Construct wireframes and user flows based on requirements established collaboratively with Product Managers.
• Conduct Design QA before and after the handoff, reviewing prototypes and flows for consistency prior to delivery and validating the implementation in production.
• Collaborate directly with Product and Engineering teams, engaging in sprints and agile development cycles.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines and addressing urgent requests as needed.
• Maintain organization of files, flows, and priorities to ensure clarity and efficiency throughout the design process.
• Operate with independence and accountability, managing tasks autonomously while staying aligned with design and product leadership.
• Be receptive to feedback and adaptable to evolving requirements and priorities.
• Contribute to ongoing enhancements in the Design System, workflows, and design practices.
• Actively engage in the development and documentation of the company’s Design System.
• Advocate for design excellence and share best practices throughout the organization.
• Over 5 years of experience in UX/UI projects for digital products, encompassing wireframes, prototypes, UI design, and design systems.
• Strong expertise in interface (UI) design with a keen eye for detail, visual consistency, accessibility, and scalability.
• Capability to structure wireframes and user flows in partnership with Product Managers.
• Experience in Design QA before and after handoff, ensuring quality in both delivery and implementation.
• A genuine interest and passion for creating digital products, with an understanding of the interplay between design, business, and technology.
• Strategic thinking combined with precise execution, effectively balancing a broad vision with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with UX best practices, usability testing, and user research methodologies.
• Proficient in Figma, including the development of interactive prototypes and reusable components.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to articulate design decisions and align cross-functional teams.
