This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Design high-fidelity interfaces that showcase polished visual aesthetics, typography, color schemes, spacing, accessibility, and variations of components.
• Organize wireframes and user flows in accordance with the requirements provided by Product Managers.
• Conduct design quality assurance before and after the handoff: review prototypes and flows for consistency prior to delivery, and confirm implementation accuracy in production.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams during sprints, recognizing the importance of meeting defined deadlines for all deliverables.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, successfully adhering to both regular and tight deadlines.
• Maintain well-organized files, flows, and priority tasks.
• Exhibit autonomy with accountability, managing tasks independently while remaining aligned with design leadership and product objectives.
• Remain receptive to feedback and adaptable to evolving requirements and priorities.
• Continuously enhance the design system, workflows, and design methodologies.
• Actively engage in the development and documentation of our Design System.
• Promote design excellence throughout the organization and help shape best practices.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products, encompassing wireframes, prototypes, UI design, and design systems.
• Strong proficiency in UI design, with a keen eye for detail, consistency, accessibility, and scalability.
• Capability to structure wireframes and flows in partnership with Product Managers.
• Experience in conducting design quality assurance prior to and following handoff to ensure top-notch delivery and implementation.
• A passion for product development, with a solid understanding of the intersection between design, business, and technology.
• Ability to think strategically while executing tasks with precision, balancing overarching goals with meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with UX best practices, usability testing, and user research methods (at an applied level).
• Proficient in Figma, including the creation of interactive prototypes and reusable components.
• Excellent communication abilities: capable of advocating for design decisions and aligning cross-functional teams.
• Advanced English proficiency (required for meetings and global collaboration).
