Product Designer – Trading

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the brief-to-delivery process: receive briefs from business stakeholders, proactively clarify ambiguities, and confirm deliverables, format, and success criteria before initiating any design work.

• Produce high-quality UI according to specifications and within agreed timelines, promptly and transparently communicating any schedule risks.

• Maintain meticulous attention to detail within our Figma design system, strictly following tokens & variables, design rules, and naming conventions.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance reusable components utilizing atomic design principles, ensuring the system remains clean, consistent, and scalable.

• Collaborate closely with front-end developers to create developer-ready handoffs that address interaction states, edge cases, and responsive behavior, and actively participate in QA to verify that implementations align with design intent.

• Proactively identify gaps and inconsistencies within the design system and suggest well-thought-out resolutions.

• Conduct self-reviews and lead design critiques for your work prior to submission, iterating quickly and maintaining a positive attitude.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in delivering production-ready UI consistently, according to brief and on schedule.

• Extensive expertise in Figma, encompassing design systems, components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, and developer handoff.

• Solid understanding of atomic design methodology.

• Experience in designing and launching financial products for both app and web platforms.

• Proven experience collaborating with remote development teams and producing specification-quality handoffs.

• A history of integrating customer feedback, analytics (HotJar, Amplitude), and competitor insights into the design process.

• Experience in validating and refining designs through A/B testing and prototyping.

• A genuine passion for creating simplicity, regardless of the complexity or regulatory nature of the product.
