Product Designer – Super Agent Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete design process for essential Super Agent workflows, from initial discovery to final launch.

• Create user-friendly experiences that enable customers to explore data, pose questions, and derive insights.

• Convert intricate AI and data concepts into straightforward, elegant user experiences.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to define challenges, assess solutions, and deliver high-quality products.

• Assist in defining user interactions with the Insight Agent across search, conversation, analysis, and insight-generation workflows.

• Design experiences that foster trust in AI-generated outputs through transparency, clarity, and explainability.

• Develop interaction patterns for innovative AI-powered features and evolving customer workflows.

• Conduct user research and collect feedback to gain insights into customer needs and challenges.

• Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to enhance product experiences.

• Influence product direction by pinpointing opportunities to boost usability, adoption, and customer value.

• Contribute to the development of shared design systems and standards.

• Ensure that experiences maintain consistency, scalability, and high quality as the product progresses.

• Collaborate with Engineering to uphold design integrity and user-friendliness across product releases.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in designing B2B SaaS, enterprise software, analytics, or data products.

• A portfolio that showcases strong product thinking, UX design, and visual design skills.

• Experience in designing complex workflows, dashboards, analytics tools, or AI-driven products.

• Excellent collaboration skills with a history of working closely with Product Managers and Engineers.

• Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and shape products from foundational principles.

• Experience in simplifying complex information into user-friendly experiences.

• Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of creating impactful products.
