Product Designer, .NET Ecosystem

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Manage the entire design process, from initial research to final product delivery – not just the intermediate stages.

• Collaborate across various products while ensuring a cohesive ecosystem.

• Work alongside product managers, engineers, and researchers to influence product direction (you’ll have an active role, not just a peripheral one).

• Engage in user research activities: including interviews, usability tests, and design validation efforts.

• Utilize Figma to create fast, organized designs with prototypes that effectively convey your intentions.

• Navigate intricate technical domains and translate them into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.

• Contribute to the design system and maintain pattern documentation.

• Articulate and advocate for your design choices to stakeholders and leadership.

• Strong product design expertise: You are capable of addressing a problem from research to delivering a refined user experience, paying attention to details that others may overlook.

• Proficiency in Figma: You work efficiently, keep your files well-organized, and can create prototypes sophisticated enough to test genuine interactions.

• Comfort with technical complexity: You are open to designing for areas you are still learning about, and you adapt quickly.

• Systems thinking: You are able to conceptualize multiple products and design for ecosystem coherence rather than just focusing on individual screens.

• Independence: You proactively advance projects without needing guidance.

• Research skills: You can conduct user interviews, distill insights, and translate them into design decisions.

• Basic coding knowledge: While you don’t need to produce production code, you have enough experience to understand concepts like breakpoints, build failures, and the developer's perspective.

• Effective communication: You can clearly articulate your rationale to engineers, PMs, and leadership, and you are able to assert your views when necessary.
