This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Facilitate problem framing alongside Product Owners, encompassing primary users, tasks to be accomplished, constraints, assumptions, and risks.
• Organize and conduct light research activities as necessary, including brief interviews, concept validations, and usability assessments.
• Consolidate findings into actionable recommendations that shape the direction of solutions.
• Establish success indicators during the Discovery phase and assist in evaluating outcomes post-release by comparing results to these indicators.
• Quickly generate multiple solution pathways and clearly communicate trade-offs in straightforward language.
• Create prototypes at appropriate fidelity, starting with rapid and lightweight concepts, to align stakeholders and mitigate risks prior to development.
• Produce comprehensive end-to-end user flows that address key states and edge cases.
• Ensure consistent application of usability best practices across the entire user experience.
• Develop polished high-fidelity user interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines and the Design System.
• Prioritize the use of existing patterns and consistently reuse components across teams.
• Document any gaps in the Design System, including variants, states, and usage instructions.
• Collaborate early with engineers regarding feasibility, scope, and technical limitations before finalizing designs.
• Clearly specify behaviors, including interactions, content requirements, states, and responsive design rules.
• Validate the built experience across essential screens, browsers, and screen sizes.
• Create clear bug reports that include detailed reproduction steps and expected vs. actual behavior, along with screenshots.
• Gather insights after release and incorporate improvements into patterns and future projects.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Product Design, encompassing ownership of projects from Discovery to Delivery.
• A portfolio showcasing problem framing, research-driven decisions, exploration of multiple options, and at least one completed end-to-end workflow.
• In-depth knowledge of Design Systems, including the application and evolution of component libraries, documentation of usage guidelines, and collaboration on governance to maintain consistency across teams.
• High proficiency in Figma, including component creation, variants, auto layout, and well-organized file structures.
• Ability to work comfortably with AI-assisted design and development processes, utilizing tools like Claude, along with an understanding of how design choices are integrated by AI agents during the build phase.
• Demonstrated capability to navigate ambiguity, take ownership, and deliver results while proactively engaging with the UX Lead at critical milestones.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Mixpanel, and the ability to integrate quantitative data with qualitative research insights to inform decisions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with Product and Engineering teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to ensuring quality in the final user experience.
