Product Designer III – Tech Corporate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• You will collaborate with developers, Product Managers, and the Squad Leader, acting as the design authority and advocating for users of our digital products.

• As a Product Designer, you will engage in all phases, from conception through prototyping, validation, and testing.

• The Tech Corporate Design Management oversees the experience and advancement of the digital products that enhance the Group's essential corporate processes, emphasizing efficiency, automation, and seamless integration across vital business areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive expertise in UX/UI, which includes research (both qualitative and quantitative), information architecture, content, interaction design, and facilitation techniques.

• Capability and independence to conduct discoveries and experiments.

• Proficiency in design and co-creation tools such as Figma, Maze, Miro, etc.

• Experience with design systems and the application of accessibility principles.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.

• Ability to collaborate within a team and engage with various stakeholders.

• Skills in data analysis and making decisions grounded in evidence.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to align design with business goals.

• It will be advantageous if you possess:

• Experience in retail, B2B, or internal products.
