Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the brief-to-delivery workflow: obtain briefs from business stakeholders, proactively address ambiguities, and confirm deliverables, format, and success criteria before initiating any design work.

• Provide high-quality user interfaces that meet specifications and deadlines, promptly and transparently communicating any schedule risks.

• Maintain meticulous attention to detail within our Figma design system, strictly adhering to tokens & variables, design guidelines, and naming conventions.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance reusable components based on atomic design principles, ensuring the system remains clean, consistent, and scalable.

• Collaborate closely with front-end developers to create developer-ready handoffs, addressing interaction states, edge cases, and responsive behavior, and participate in QA to verify that implementations align with design intent.

• Proactively identify gaps and inconsistencies within the design system and suggest well-thought-out solutions.

• Conduct thorough self-reviews of all work against brief requirements prior to submission, iterating with efficiency and a positive mindset.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in delivering production-ready user interfaces consistently, according to brief and on schedule.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, encompassing design systems, components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, and developer handoff.

• Solid understanding of atomic design methodology.

• Experience in designing and launching financial products for both app and web platforms.

• Background in collaborating with remote development teams and producing specifications of high quality for handoffs.

• Proven ability to incorporate customer feedback, analytics (HotJar, Amplitude), and competitive insights into design processes.

• Experience in validating and refining designs through A/B testing and prototyping.
