Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with engineers and the Chief Product Officer to articulate problem statements and devise solutions driven by user insights.

• Lead individual projects from the ideation phase to execution, working closely with stakeholders.

• Operate within and enhance an existing design system.

• Perform relevant and ongoing research to guide design choices.

• Foster an environment that encourages questions and feedback throughout the design process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in end-to-end design of complex products.

• Proficient in communicating the design process from conception to launch, utilizing research and measuring outcomes.

• A structured thinker with excellent communication abilities.

• Experience in designing products that handle large data sets or intricate processes.

• Familiarity with contributing to and working with design systems.

• Preferred: experience with DevOps tools.
