Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with teams using working prototypes, user flows, or high-fidelity mockups, selecting the most effective communication strategies.

• Proactively identifying potential challenges in advance and enhancing usability to address them.

• Navigating complex design challenges, effectively balancing user requirements, technical limitations, and business objectives.

• Achieving alignment with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Success Engineers, Sales, Product Engineers, Product Marketing Managers, and additional stakeholders.

• Performing or utilizing user research, collecting feedback, and leveraging data to guide and validate design choices.

• Contributing to the overall product ecosystem, ensuring consistency and scalability across an expanding product surface. You’ll tackle multiple issues simultaneously by creating product primitives that can be reused, adapted, and combined in various contexts.

• Able to work efficiently without compromising craftsmanship, balancing quality with speed, and recognizing when "good enough" suffices.

• Maintain high standards for design excellence and user experience.

• Proficient in coding (with AI assistance) and comfortable designing for a technical audience.
